At Splendies, we want you to love your new intimates, but due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please review our four-step process to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and hygienic liners attached to qualify for a return.
Start Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a small envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
